With over 40 styles of Asian and Western sea specialities, the new Seafood Night themed buffet is set to delight gastronomes every Wednesday and Thursday. Start the feast with a whole host of jet-fresh seafood, featuring the freshly shucked oysters from the US and France, Canadian snow crab, Boston lobster, New Zealand black mussel, Iceland jade whelk and brown crab.

To delight the midweek dining spree, seafood cravers will be overwhelmed with a vibrant spread of seafood prepared in different styles. Dig into the Western highlights including the mouth-wateringCanadian Lobster ThermidorOyster KilpatrickBaked Sea Scallop with Citrus Sabayon and Sautéed New Zealand Diamond Shell Clam with garlic butter and white wine sauce, just to name a few.

Choose from the Southeast Asian medleys including the Seafood Laksa and Chinese signatures such as the enticing Stir-fried Mantis Shrimp with red chilli and spicy salts, Wok-fried Lobster Claw with chilli and soy sauce, Sichuan Spicy Crayfish with Chinese celery and chilli and many more. Every two guests are entitled to a complimentary whole Singapore Chilli Crab.

Inspired by the iconic local favourites, the Hong Kong Flavours lunch buffet showcases a blend of unique and premium quintessential Hong Kong classics exclusively on every Saturday. Addressing the symbol of Hong Kong’s cuisine identity – Dim Sum and Chinese Barbecued Meats, the restaurant specially brings in the succulent Xiao Long BaoShrimp Dumpling, the crispyRoasted Pork BellyRoasted Duck and Barbecued Cha Siu.
