Avenue de champagne

During our recent visit to France we stayed in the delightful little town of Epernay. Our accommodation was at the house of Champagne Andre Bergere, 40 avenue de champagne. As you stroll along this wide, elegant, boulevard you pass one magnificent mansion after another owned by the famed makers. Moet, Pol Roger…Michel Gonet… the list bubbles on. See here.

I was saying last week how Dubai is the space age city – but Doha is another glass and steel architectural wonder that has soared out of the desert. One of the most relaxing ways to explore the Land of the Rising sun is to take a cruise. The big operators are increasingly offering comprehensive itineraries. Close-up encounter with Orangutans

Snow package in New Zealand

Planning on skiing in New Zealand this year?
