Wendy Wu Tours will be one of Sydney locations for Backpacks for Bushfires NSW charity who is rallying the support of local communities and businesses to provide vital ‘back to school’ supplies for school children in bushfire affected areas.
From today until Thursday 16 January, you can drop off a backpack filled with essential back to school supplies including:
- Lunchbox + drink bottle
- Pencil case, pencils + eraser, textas, pens and highlighter
- Ruler
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- A4 writing pad
- Notepad
“Backpacks for Bushfires NSW is a great initiative and one that we wanted to help support. Many of our staff are parents and we all know that back to school can be an expensive time, so anything we can do to help the families who lost everything in the fires is one way we can give back,” says Troy Ackerman, General Manager, Wendy Wu Tours Australia.
