EAT LOCAL WEEK celebrating 10 years in 2021: 26 June – July 4

It’s the most wonderful, flavour-filled, adventurous time of the year – when the Scenic Rim takes centre-stage, shining the spotlight squarely on the food, wine, natural beauty and faces of the region and welcoming visitors from all over the country. The event was postponed this year due to COVID-19, which means 2021 will celebrate 10 flavour-filled years. There’s nothing quite like standing in the paddock that was home to ingredients just savoured, or touching the vines that produced wines just sipped, or shaking the hand of a farmer whose joy in your experience shows in the width of their smile. That’s local. That’s Eat Local Week in the Scenic Rim.
