Women’s General Association of Macau and Melco Resorts & Entertainment announce the co-hosting of Best Mom Award 2020. Now in its second year, the event celebrates the virtues of women– paying tribute to maternal love and promoting positive family values – serving as a platform to show gratitude and appreciation towards women and motherhood.
Ms. Akiko Takahashi, Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff to Chairman and CEO of Melco Resorts & Entertainment, said, “Initiatives for Women is one of the key pillars of corporate social responsibility at Melco. We are glad to continue working with Women’s General Association of Macau for the second year running to acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of women and moms in Macau as we encourage females to embrace life’s choices to bring out the best in oneself through our ‘Best I Can Be’ women’s initiatives philosophy.”

Best Mom Award 2020 nominations are open to female residents of Macau from now until December 6, 2020. The top-scoring 30 participants will be shortlisted for interview at the final round, where a panel of judges comprising the event’s co-hosts and community members will nominate the 10 most outstanding entries to become Best Mom Excellence Award winners. Prizes include Melco entertainment and food & beverage vouchers worth approximately MOP 2,600; and each of the 10 Best Mom Excellence Award winners will be awarded the grand prize of a family trip for four and Studio City experience package worth approximately MOP 25,000.
