Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchisor and a leading provider of hotel management services, is celebrating the launch of its first Wyndham Garden hotel in Vietnam with the opening of Wyndham Garden Hanoi.

One of the youngest brands in the Wyndham portfolio, Wyndham Garden embraces natural materials, daylight and pops of green to make guests feel like they’re relaxing in nature.

“Wyndham Garden is one of our most exciting brands, and I am delighted to be able to introduce it to guests in Vietnam. This exceptional new hotel will elevate upper-midscale stays in Hanoi with a blend of contemporary architecture, inviting interiors and innovative culinary concepts. Vietnam’s tourism industry is currently riding the crest of a wave; the country welcomed a record 15.5 million international visitors in 2018 – up 20% year-on-year. With an array of attractions, excellent connectivity and tourism-friendly government policies, I am confident that Vietnam’s star will continue to rise in future,” said Joon Aun Ooi, President and Managing Director, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, South East Asia and Pacific Rim.

“It gives me great pleasure to introduce guests to Wyndham Garden Hanoi, Vietnam’s first Wyndham Garden hotel. I am confident that all visitors will be impressed by our natural concept, exceptional facilities and signature ‘Wyndham Welcome’. We look forward to opening up this dynamic district of Hanoi to even more international travellers in future,” Dilip Madhok, General Manager, Wyndham Garden Hanoi.

Accommodation at Wyndham Garden Hanoi includes Deluxe King and Twin Rooms as well as Junior Suites and Deluxe Suites, all of which feature floor-to-ceiling windows and free Wi-Fi. For special occasions or guests who enjoy a little extra luxury, the opulent Presidential Suite features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, parquet floors and panoramic views of the Hanoi skyline.

In line with the Wyndham Garden concept, guests will be greeted upon arrival at check-in stations in an open-plan lobby area, which also opens out onto an elegant alfresco terrace bar featuring light rattan furniture and lush greenery. The Silk Garden all-day dining restaurant serves daily breakfast, à la carte menus and themed buffets, and the rooftop Twilight Bar provides the perfect setting to relax with evening cocktails.

Wyndham Garden Hanoi also offers state-of-the-art conference and banqueting space, including a 200-guest ballroom, three smaller meeting rooms and a large pre-function area, all supported by professional staff and audio-visual equipment. This provides options for all types of events from corporate conferences to social soirées.

Alternatively, guests can enjoy a soothing body treatment in the spa, workout in the well-equipped fitness centre or cool off in the spectacular all-weather swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi, which features a glittering starlit ceiling and stunning city views.

Wyndham Garden Hanoi becomes Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ second property in Vietnam, following Wyndham Legend Halong which overlooks the iconic seascape of Halong Bay. Hanoi and Halong Bay are now just over two hours apart following the construction of a major new highway, creating more opportunities for two-centre breaks in northern Vietnam.

Wyndham is also collaborating with PPCAT on another hotel project, Wyndham Soleil Danang, which is scheduled to open later this year on Vietnam’s central coast.

All of Wyndham’s hotels and resorts in Vietnam participate in Wyndham Rewards®, the world’s most generous rewards program with more than 30,000 hotels, vacation club resorts and vacation rental properties worldwide. Designed for the everyday traveller, members earn a guaranteed 1,000 points with every qualified stay and may redeem points for a wide-range of rewards, including free nights, gift cards, merchandise and more.
