The 2019 program includes 5 all new tours covering some of North America’s most iconic cities, monuments and national parks. 1 tour spans Eastern Canada and the remaining 4 cover USA’s west and northwest coasts, inner west and east coast, all of which include Bunnik Tours’ signature traits – maximum group sizes of just 20, return airfares and itineraries that strike the right balance between organised sightseeing, unique local experiences and time for independent exploration.
One of the most hotly anticipated tours in the 2019 North America program is the 23-day California and Canyonlands tour. Starting in Los Angeles, clients will be in awe as they admire the contrasts between the man-made marvels of Hollywood, Las Vegas and San Francisco juxtaposed against the sweeping landscapes and natural wonders of some of USA’s most iconic sights and national parks – think Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon, Zion and Yosemite.
After exploring Hollywood, Santa Monica Beach and Downtown LA, your clients will begin to venture into America’s vast and romantic inner west, taking in the sights of Palm Springs on their way to the gorgeous desert city of Scottsdale, backed by stunning mountain ranges, to learn more about Arizona’s beautiful desert landscapes. Next, they’ll experience the sheer grandeur of the Grand Canyon before driving through the red sands and towering sandstone buttes of Monument Valley, accompanied by a Navajo guide, and share a Navajo BBQ dinner under a blanket of stars. After touring Bryce Canyon National Park and its spire-shaped sandstone ‘hoodoos’, it’s on to Zion National Park before spending two nights in Nevada’s premier oasis, Las Vegas! Travelling through Death Valley to Yosemite they’ll see 5 of the world’s biggest trees on a guided tour of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Yosemite rounds off an amazing tour of America’s inner west before wrapping the tour up with a full day at leisure in San Francisco!
