Casa Bonay is a hotel in a Neoclassical building from 1869, based in the heart of Barcelona.
The owners were a group of friends passionate about various different crafts, who decided to come together to work on something bigger. They restored the building from top to bottom, from the floors to the roofs, so that guests could enjoy Barcelona as they did growing up in the city.

5. Casa Cacao – Chocolate Factory and Hotel by Roca Brothers
The Roca brothers (owners of the world-renowned Celler de Can Roca restaurant) and the chocolate expert Damian Allsop are working together to create a chocolate factory and luxury boutique hotel in the centre of Girona. The space will allow visitors to experience first-hand, the process of creating quality chocolate and offer a bean to bar concept. The hotel and factory will be located in an historic building at the heart of Girona.
It will open its doors in January of 2019.
