At Up & Above restaurant guest can enjoy the all you can eat lunch with the first diner paying the full price and the second paying just Baht 88++ while all you can eat dinner the second person paying Baht 888++, available from 2 -31 July 2020. The all you can eat lunch menu start from Baht 1,200++ per person and all you can eat dinner menus start from Baht 1,800++ per person.

Next door at Up & Above Bar, Executive Chef Sebastiaan Hoogewerf has created a refreshing Lavender Afternoon Tea for two to enjoy. Available from 2 July until 30 September 2020, the delicacies include mixed berry macarons, blackcurrant bon bon, Hokkaido mousse, blackcurrant jelly and almond financier, coconut mousse and lavender yuzu jelly, dark cherry coconut crumble, blueberry and yuzu tart, yoghurt panacotta with forest berries, purple potato sorbet and organic blueberry scones with clotted cream, jams and marmalade. All go exceptionally well with Mariage Frères teas or fresh-brewed coffee. Priced from Baht 1,400++ inclusive of coffee or tea for 2 persons.

Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara at Michelin Plate restaurant Yamazato is serving special Gozen lunch and Kaiseki dinner treats to celebrate the traditional Tanabata Star Festival during 2 – 26 July 2020. A number of the dishes feature decorations and ingredients with a Tanabata theme, such as seasonal corn, sweet fish, cutlass fish and pike eel. In addition to delicious soups and noodles, also on offer are wonderfully fresh sashimi, tempura and grilled dishes. Diners can enjoy a Gozen starter of smoked duck, mussels, baby corn and star-shaped paprika with yogurt egg yolk sauce, and a soup of shrimp, shimeji mushrooms and glass noodles with vegetables. Highlights of the 9-course Kaiseki dinner include vermicelli with seasonal sweet fish (ayu), a hearty soup of pike eel dumplings, and a grilled dish of Spanish mackerel and beef with leek miso sauce. Priced at Baht 1,600++ for Gozen lunch and Baht 4,700++ for Kaiseki dinner.

Yamazato also introduces a selection of dishes that you can order to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Menu items include salads, grilled dishes, fried dishes, rice dishes, sushi rolls, teppanyaki, bento and donburi. Recommended items are deep-fried oyster with breadcrumbs and Ebiten maki roll. For beef lovers, premium Japanese black cattle sirloin from Kagoshima Prefecture comes with steamed rice. Bento and donburi selections include stir-fried ginger pork bento, salmon & salmon roe donburi, grilled eel donburi, pork loin cutlet donburi and much more.
