Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia is preparing a virtual welcome for more than a dozen spectacular new cruise ships about to join the world fleet this year, hosting its first-ever Ocean Debut Showcase for travel agent members.
As the industry works to achieve resumption in destinations around the world, cruise lines are preparing to unveil a succession of new ships that will help re-energize cruising and offer exciting new experiences for guests.
Running each day between Monday May 10 and Friday May 14, CLIA’s Ocean Debut Showcase is a week-long online event designed to give agents valuable insight into these latest cruise ships. It will include presentations from 13 different CLIA cruise lines, showcasing 18 new ships.
Each ship will be profiled in detail, covering topics including ship facts, dining, entertainment, accommodation, public spaces, new innovative features and designs, and the experiences guests can expect when they step on board.
Participants will earn three CLIA Accreditation points by completing a short post-event quiz for each cruise line presentation they attend live. In addition, there are five great prize packs to be won by collecting a codeword given during each live session.
